INFORMATION

The First Step to pre-planning funeral or cremation services is to gather the necessary information that is needed for  the Death Certificate, Obituaries, and other required permits and notices.  All information is kept confidential and private.

SERVICES

The second step is to pre-plan the details for funeral or memorial services.  Please complete the information that is known or requested, however, all decisions do not have to be finalized in this area.  Changes can be made at any time to the decisions made for the services including the service location, music, or any other selections.

If Cremation is desired, please click on the "Download Printable Forms" button (at the top) and then click the "Cremation Authorization".  This form must be completed and signed by all closest, and equal, next-of-kin. (e.g. Just the spouse, if no spouse, all children, etc.)

 

OBITUARY

The third  step is writing the obituary. Again, changes can be made at any time to the obituary text or the survivors.
