Beth L. Gibson

In loving memory of Beth L.Gibson born May 31,1942, passed away July 13, 2025 in Durango, Colorado. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Paul Gibson and sister Vicki Christy of Show Low, Arizona. Beth was a retired eductor having graduated from from Illinois State Univeristy with a degree in Early Childhood Special Education and a Masters degree from the Univeristy of Illinois. She taught in Illinois and Nebraska before finishing her career in Durango as Childfind Coordinator for San Juan BOCS. After retiring in 2002, summers were spent working as a Ranger in several National Parks and Preserves: Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Tallgrass Prairie and Ozark Scenic Riverways.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
