Blanche Louise Payne, 85, of Ignacio, Colorado, died on October 20, 2022. She was born on February 12, 1937.
She is survived by her children, Gene Linson, Marcella Martinez, Cheryl Payne, and Linda Payne; brothers, Louie Boughan and Earl Boughan. Blanche has numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Blanche is preceded in death by her son, Scott Payne; daughter, Berta Lou Linson; husband, Arthur Jackson Payne; mother, Ethel Boughan; and brother, John Boughan.
On November 4, 2022 a viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Hood Mortuary, Durango, Colorado. Services will be held November 5, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at the Ignacio Community Church. Burial will be held at 12:00 p.m. at Ignacio East Cemetery.
