Ruth (Boglino) Ferreira

Ruth Pauline Hotz Ferreira, age 72 departed this life on December 10, 2015. She was born on May 2, 1943 in Pagosa Springs, CO; the daughter of Herbert Lyman and Verna Lee Thomas Hotz. She was raised in Bayfield, CO and graduated high school there in 1962. On July 6, 1962 she was united in marriage to Bernard Boglino and to this union three children were born. She later married Fred Ferreira.
She was preceeded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sister Nancy Fritz of Durango, her three children: Ann (John) Spillars of California, MO; Bill (Tamara) Boglino of Mountain View, WY; and Connie (Daniel) Taylor of Ector, TX; thirteen grandchildren and one great grandson.
At her request, her remains were cremated. Private family services will be held later.
