Betty Carroll

A much loved mother, grandmother and friend, Betty Joe Carroll, 86, died 12/28/2014. She was survived by her children, Jan Murphy, Chuck Carroll and Jane Danneman, her 7 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Betty was a registered nurse for over 30 years and her varied personal interests ranged from golf to craft projects, card games, piano and almost everything in between. She was known for her competitive, inquisitive, can-do spirit and her love for her friends and family. Those that loved her will miss her unending positivity and kindness.
A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church, 1159 E 3rd Ave at 10 AM on Friday, January 2, 2015. Memorial contributions can be made on behalf of Betty to Hospice of Mercy, 1 Mercado St. Suite 270 Durango, CO 81301.
