Cruz Zeus Vasquez

Cruz Zeus Vasquez was born on October 31, 2014 (A true Halloween baby, as he loved everything scary). He was an amazing, sweet, special boy. Cruz loved to make toys out of any object and enjoyed being outside any chance he got. He was a very caring, loving, funny, theatrical, energetic, handsome and brave boy. He brought smiles and happiness everywhere he went. Cruz is the perfect son, brother, grandson and friend. Cruz will always be held in our hearts and memories. Tragically he passed away on June 10th from internal injuries suffered in an accident while riding his bike, an activity he especially loved. Cruz, we love you with all of our hearts forever and always.

Cruz is survived by his mom and step dad Alissa (Fabian) Mendez, dad Ben Vasquez, sister Cora Vasquez, numerous grandparents and great grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Cruz was preceded in death by his uncle Ty. A funeral will be held on Saturday June 21, 11:00 a.m. At Sacred Heart Church, with a graveside service to follow.
