Felicia Cleone McKinley (Wind Feather) entered the realm of her ancestors on May 11, 2025. A daughter, sister, friend and the greatest Auntie Ever was born December 1, 1972 in Durango, Colorado to Georgia Watts McKinley and the late Sammy E. Pinnecoose. Felicia was a member of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe. She also shared heritage with the Ute Mountain Ute Indian Tribe and The Ute Tribe of Utah.

Felicia grew up in Ignacio and graduated from Ignacio High School, Colorado. She worked in various departments within the tribe. Felicia moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado where she continued her education at Pikes Peak Community College studying in Medical Billing and Coding. While in Colorado Springs she was employed at the Broadmoor as a car service driver with an exclusive list of famous clientele. Felicia moved back to Ignacio and was employed at the Sky Ute Casino in the beverage department and later as a Security Officer.

Felicia attended Country Music "Fan Fair" an event where country artists met with their fans. Her many years attending helped developed special friendships with many artist who came to know here on a first name basis and was always greeted with huge hugs. In addition, she supported The Pittsburg Steelers and The Colorado Avalanche hockey team. She spent more time eating than watching the game.

Felicia spent her free time socializing and gaming at The Sky Ute Casino where Luck shined on her. She always knew when she was going to hit a large jackpots not only locally but in Vegas.

Felicia is survived by her Mother Georgia Watts McKinley, Sisters Samantha Pinnecoose, Freda (Kiniw) Pinnecoose, Vanessa (Mark ) Torres, Nieces Shelenia Porambo, Raelynn (Daniel) Frauenhoff, Jaela Velasco of Ignacio. Toph and Tylee of Bayfield, Colorado. Nephews Gabriel Pinnecoose of Durango , Colorado and Kylan Velasco , Uncle Barney " Bear" Pinnecoose both of Ignacio, Colorado . Felicia is proceeded in death my her father Sammy Pinnecoose and brother Clarence Pinnecoose.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 19, 2025 , 10:00 a.m. at the Southern Ute Memorial Chapel followed by a dinner in Ignacio, Colorado.
