Larry Harvey Horn

Larry Harvey Horn went to be with our Lord on December 14, 2025, at the age of 82 years. He was born to Harvey and Dorothy Horn on December 7, 1943, who proceeded him in death. He was born and raised in Waco, Texas but moved to Beaumont in the late 1960’s. 

He was an active member of the North End Baptist Church. Larry worked as a store manager for Kmart and eventually Market Basket grocery stores. It was in Beaumont where met the love of his life, Geraldine Walker. After retirement, Larry and Gerri moved to Pagosa Springs, Colorado to enjoy the beauty of mountains. Larry was an avid golfer who loved to spend time on the course. He loved the Texas A&M Aggies and the Dallas Cowboys and spent many hours watching football games. Larry and Gerri loved to camp and spend time in nature. They also enjoyed many hours playing dominoes and other games with family and friends. 

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Geraldine Horn; his son Keith Horn and wife Beverly; his daughter Rhonda Horn; son Paul Horn and wife Karrie; son Larry Rodgers and wife Kim; son Lesley Rodgers and wife Kim; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. 

A private family event will be held at a later date.
