Luis Lozano Vargas was born March 23,1969 in Cocomorachic, Chihuahua to Jose Antonio Lozano and Anastacia Vargas.

Luis was the 6th of 9 children. Luis migrated to Durango Colorado following his father in 1989, He worked several jobs before starting his own Fence building company LL Fence Company.

Luis married Elena Najera of Blanco New México in 1992 and together they had a beautiful daughter Elizabeth. Luis and Elena had been together for over 35 years. They made their home in Durango and had many wonderful crazy adventures.

Luis had dreamed of returning to his family ranch to retire and enjoy the slow pace of Mexico. Luis was a kind caring man and was always willing to help others in any way he could.

Luis loved Elena, Elizabeth and his amazing Grandson Octavio. Luis loved the people he worked and socialized with.

Luis had suffered through tribulations of life with his vision however never once did he stop living life to its fullest.

Luis was a light of joy and an unbounded energy that he shared with everyone around him.

Luis was blessed to be loved by so many.

However, we were blessed to have him in our lives.
