Bernie M. Martinez , 93 years, of Durango, Colorado, died 4/1/2018 surrounded by family at Mercy Regional Medical Center . Born 4/6/1924.
Bernie is preceded by her first husband Elias Valdez & son Larry Valdez. She is survived by her husband Demetrio Martinez; children Ruby Carrillo, Josie Lujan, Steve Valdez, Silvano Valdez, Fay Martinez, and Martha Roybal; over a dozen grandkids and many great-grandkids.
A service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, 4/6/2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A Rosary will be held on Thursday 4/5/2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Hood Mortuary Chapel.
