Matthew Spencer Fish

It is with deep sorrow that we have to announce the very unexpected passing of Matthew Spencer Fish, age 53, over the weekend of January 7, 2023 at his home in Durango Colorado.  

 

He was a bright light, always had a smile for everyone, a good attitude, was always willing to help in any way he could, even a stranger.  He was a talented artist, loved the outdoors, snowboarding, skiing, cutting wood, and was a jack of all trades throughout his working life.  A life which gave him his ups and downs but which he lived fully, loved heartily, and took in all around him.

 

He is survived by his wife, Leah Banks-Fish, his mother-in-law, Delphine Banks, brother-in-law Nathaniel Banks, his Mom, Cheri Cruden, his Dad, Mark Fish and wife Roberta, his 102 year old Gramma Helen Fish, sister Kelly Bachor and husband Phil, brother Logan Dickinson and wife Stephanie, and many aunts and uncles, cousins and nephews!

 

He is loved greatly here on earth as he is in Heaven, and will be missed by all.  He is now at peace and we can look forward to seeing him again in Heaven.  No more struggles or worries.  May God Bless Matthew Fish.
