Obituary for Shirley Hope "Hope" McGuire
Shirley "Hope" McGuire, age 56, of Durango, died unexpectedly on Tues., June 21, 2016, at her home. Hope was born in Albuquerque, NM to Shirley Shahan and Ronald Quintana on November 22, 1959.
Hope is survived by her father Ronnie Quintana of Montana; sister Pam Borden of Durango; brother, Patrick Quintana, of Montana; daughter, Amber Pomerleau and grandson, Preston, of Portland, Oregon; niece, Michelle Jaramillo, of Durango; nephew Paul Jaramillo, of Denver; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Hope's mother, Shirley, preceded her in death, as well as grandparents, John and Olive Shahan and Damon and Viola Quintana.
Hope has been cremated and her ashes will be scattered at a later time and location chosen by her family.
