Her personal life was enriched by her hobbies, which included arts and crafts, pottery, puzzles, embroidery, and sewing. These activities not only showcased her artistic talents but also provided great joy and a means of expression throughout her life.

Meredith was a cherished mother to Hayley May Mallett, Autumn Rose Reeves, and Ariel Alane Mallett. She was a beloved sister to David C. Ebaugh Jr. Her legacy of love and care continues through her grandchildren, Piper and Phoebe Reeves, and her nephew, Dillon Ebaugh.
