Obituary

Nathan Robert Schlosser, age 40, of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, passed away on April 11, 2026. He was born on January 6, 1986.

Nathan will be remembered for his kind heart, generous spirit, and the quiet way he made the world a better place just by being in it. He had a truly beautiful soul—one that shined through in everything he did and in the way he treated others.

He was the kind of person who would give someone the shirt off his back without hesitation. He never asked for anything in return and found joy in helping those around him. His compassion and selflessness left a lasting impact on everyone lucky enough to know him.

Nathan found peace and happiness in the simple things in life. He loved fishing, going on long drives, and hunting grouse—moments where he could be outdoors and feel free. Those times brought him comfort and joy, and they will remain cherished memories for his loved ones.

He is survived by his wife, Sara Benzel; his two sons, Tallon and Korbin Schlosser; his mother and stepfather, Michele and Mark Tully; his father, Paul Schlosser; his sister, Kara Schlosser, and her husband, Danny Hull; along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him deeply.

Nathan will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched. Though he is no longer with us, the love, kindness, and warmth he shared will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
