Maxine Silva, 70, of Ignacio, Colorado, died 11/20/2014 at Home in Ignacio. Born 1/31/1944.
Maxine loved gaming and visiting with friends at the casino, quilting, listening to Elvis and KSUT, and especially spending time with her family. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed dancing through her life.
She is survived by her children: Wahleah Frost, Natalie Richards, William Richards, Jr., Ray Richards, & Donavon Silva; Grandchildren: Nick, Tori, Rhino, Kelsey, Marysa, Alric, Shayna, Anna, Ethan, Shondeena, Raylene, Trix, Latreece, Erica, Leland, Silias, & Halana; Numerous extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Vincent Silva and Nettie Grove (Unca Sam), a son: Arnold Silva, Granddaughter: Mariah Richards, and 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
A service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 24, 2014 at the Southern Ute Memorial Chapel, 258 Ute Road, Ignacio.
