Michael Thunder, 77, peacefully departed this life on Saturday October 15thsurrounded by family and friends in his home.
Michael was a tea master, a writer, a gardener, a scholar, a chef, a teacher, an artist, a merchant, a mentor, a horse whisperer, a realtor and passionate friend.
Michael combined an inquiring mind with a vigorous spirit. He overflowed with humor and love.
He sought beauty in nature, especially in the mountains, the sea and the desert. He was a spiritual astronaut, deeply committed to a lifelong inward journey.
He is survived by his wife Deborah, his children Sam, Sophie, Brice and David, and 9 grandchildren, who know him as Boom Boom. He loved his family immensely and to infinity.
