Wendy Josephson (Willden)

Wendy Josephson (Willden), 46, lost her fight with cancer on August 21st, 2025. She was born in Montrose, CO. to RoxAnne Ader and Rick Willden. Wendy grew up around Durango, but also lived in Montrose and Grand Junction. She earned her G.E.D., and went on to be a flagger with her father. They both helped build several roads and passes together. Wendy then moved to Missouri where she worked at Kraft for 7 years, until she was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Wendy was a woman who lived hard, loved hard, and worked hard. She was stubborn and witty, and way too good at making people laugh. She was preceded in death by Rick Willden (father), and survived by her 5 children, (Elijah Archer, Halee Josephson, Tyler Josephson, Cadence Hansen, Cedrick Hansen), and one granddaughter (with one more on the way).
