Leaving behind his two precious sons, Jungle Cooper, wife Heather, and their children Ian and Zabella Cooper, and Liam Cooper, wife, Uriah, and daughter Evelyn Cooper; sister, Patricia Benavidez, and her children Beau Beckham, Chelsea, and Alexa; brother, Robert Cooper, wife Janice, and their children, Madison and Zacheriah (Cooper) Wilson. His nieces, Kayla and Tawnie Benavidez; and his nephew, Talon Benavidez and their families, brother, Geno's children. Also leaving behind many cousins and many, many more dear friends - near and far - whom he loved.

William is preceded in death by our mom, Karen Kay Cooper and younger brother, Gene Benavidez.

This is not only a memorial but a TRIBUTE to Billy Cooper and his love of music, friendship, and FAMILY!
