Our Historic and State of the Art Facilities

Hood Mortuary is located on Historic Third Ave. in Durango, Colorado.  We are fortunate to have the beautiful facilities that this funeral home has been in since the 1930's.  Hood Mortuary boasts antique cherry woodwork installed by the manufactures of the Pullman Railroad Dining Cars.  The antique furnishings bring back a certain nostalgia while providing a peaceful setting for ceremonies.  Please feel free to drop in at any time for tours of our location.
